Our Head chef will be happy to provide alternative choices for any special dietary requirements.

Stay-a-while

We can also offer discounted room rates for your guests and recommend that if you have a number of guests wanting to stay, to make a group booking at least one year prior to booking. All accommodation bookings are subject to availability.

1 month to go

  1. Visit Minister or Registrar to make final arrangements
  2. Buy presents for attendants
  3. Compile Final guest list
  4. Arrange Seating Plan
  5. Arrange Hen or Stag Nights
  6. Final Dress fitting
  7. Purchase thank you letters for wedding presents
  8. Give final numbers of guests and pay remainder of balance for reception
  9. Order travellers cheques or currency for honeymoon
  10. Have a stag and hen night

One week to go

  • Have rehearsal of wedding ceremony
  • Make final checks on catering, cake, transport, flowers and photography
  • Check and pick up all wedding clothes
  • Arrange to have honeymoon luggage taken to venue
  • Ensure best, man, groom and father of the bride are writing their speeches
  • Arrange for someone to return all hired items
  • Now its time to relax

As part of our wedding package we offer a complimentary red carpet on arrival, White table linen, serviettes co-ordinated to colour of your choice, then complete with a complimentary night stay in our honeymoon suite (subject to availability) including breakfast.
